What Happens Next...

Once you've hit submit, a member of our team will review your pre-adoption form as soon as possible. We try to reply the same day, but in some cases are only able to reply during office hours.  If you have not received a reply within 48 hours, please check your spam folder before emailing or calling.

If we have all the information we need to fully review your form and the information provided meets our adoption T&C's, we will reply via email, giving you information on how to complete our adoption process and give you a link to book an adoption appointment.  We will also provide answers to any specific questions you may have about individual animals in our care.

If we require more information to review your form, we will send an email requesting this information to move forward with the process.

If the form hasn't been completed correctly, or has missing information, we will be unable to review and move forward with the adoption process and you will need to resubmit with all the required information. So please ensure you have everything you need to hand. Don't forget that you can access a list of required information here. It may seem like a lot of information, however, we used to collect much of this evidence as part of a physical homecheck which significantly lengthened the overall process to 7-14 days. During the pandemic we ceased carrying out physical homechecks, and have continued to operate in this way to speed the overall process.

If you have not currently met our adoption T&C's we will provide feedback on the alterations which need to be made before resubmitting a form.  We welcome everyone to come back to us once the alterations have been completed.
