As a small charity navigating serious financial challenges—and wearing many hats to keep everything running smoothly—our team is stretched thin. Every day, we’re focused on providing the best possible care for the rabbits in our rescue, which means our response times may sometimes be longer than we’d like. But we do reply to messages, and we appreciate your patience while waiting to hear back.
If you are looking to surrender rabbits, please visit our Surrender Request page and complete the form there. Unfortunately, we’re unable to respond to surrender requests submitted via the general contact form.
We’re committed to getting back to you as soon as we can, so please bear with us if there’s a delay — and don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder, as our replies can occasionally land there.

Festive office closure
Our office will be closed from 1pm on Saturday 20th December until Monday 5th January, giving our small, hard-working team as much of a break as possible over the festive period.
During this time, we won’t be replying to messages, but we’ll respond as soon as we reopen in the New Year.
