For a decade, Nibbles has been the only specialist rabbit and rodent rescue in South-West Wales. Every single day, our passion and dedication have driven us to fight for animals who are so often forgotten — saving lives, building safe spaces, and speaking up for better welfare standards.
It hasn’t been easy. Funding struggles, rising demand, and the sheer scale of neglect these animals face have pushed us to the brink more than once. But our commitment has never wavered — and because we’ve survived, hundreds of rabbits and rodents have had the second chance they otherwise would never have found.

Why Your Pledge Matters
Between 2023 and 2025, Nibbles faced the hardest years in our history. Funding struggles forced us to close most of our rabbit housing and shut the rodent cabin completely. For the first time, we came close to closing the centre altogether.

It has been heartbreaking to turn animals away when the need for Nibbles has never been greater. While demand for rescue continues to grow, we’ve had to get smaller — when what these animals need is for us to grow stronger.
Thanks to incredible supporters, Nibbles is now secure into 2026. But our goal is bigger: we need to secure enough regular monthly funding to fully reopen the centre — creating more spaces to help rabbits when they need us most, and reopening our rodent cabin to offer these species the specialist support they so desperately need in South-West Wales.
As the only specialist rabbit and rodent rescue in South-West Wales, Nibbles is a vital safety net. Every pledge brings us closer to restoring full capacity, saving more lives, and offering brighter futures to the animals still waiting for help.

What Your Pledge Achieves
Every monthly pledge brings us closer to reopening more of Nibbles and saving more lives. Together, your support decides how many rabbits and rodents we can help.

£3,500/month target – With this level of regular support, we can start to reopen rabbit housing and offer limited rodent spaces, giving more animals the lifeline they desperately need.

£5,000/month target – Reaching this goal will allow us to fully reopen the centre, once again caring for around 60–70 rabbits and rodents at any one time.
Right now, we’re safe into 2026 — but much of the centre remains closed. Your pledge will help us grow again, restore spaces, and give more animals the futures they deserve.
