VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION - YOUR ANIMAL/S COULD BE DELETED FROM OUR WAITING LIST!!!! 

 

An automated email has already been sent to the email address you provided. If this email has landed in your spam/junk folder then you will NOT receive any further communication from Nibbles alerting you to placement availability at the rescue and your animal/s will end up being deleted from the system and the placement offered to the next person on the list. 

 

To avoid this happening you will need to check your spam/junk folder and remove it from the file unmarking it as spam NOW! 

 

When space is available at the rescue a further form to surrender and provide more information will be sent to the email address you provided. This MUST be completed and returned within 24 hours or the placement will be offered to the next person on the list and your entry WILL BE deleted. 

 

Once we have received your completed surrender form, a list of appointments times will be sent for the following week to bring your animal/s to the rescue. Once again you will have 24 hours to respond to this message. If we DO NOT receive a response confirming the appointment time you have selected, your entry WILL BE deleted and the space offered to the next person on the list. 

 

We are unable to chase you to complete forms and book appointments, as we simply don't have the time available to do so. We will also have a number of other appointments to book for the coming week and are unable to delay bookings because you haven't replied promptly.
